ANTIPATER

From the Griego name Αντιπατρος (Antipatros), which meant like the father from Griego αντι (anti) against, compared to, like and πατηρ (pater) father (genitive πατρος). This was the name of an officer of Alexander the Great who became the regent of Macedon during Alexanders absence.
